Jaime discovered her path to help others through therapeutic massage, by dealing with her personal muscular pain.  Through therapeutic massage she found relief from her condition and was so blown away by her own results that she transitioned her entire career and now she is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist helping others with their personal goals from relaxation to getting back to playing tennis.

As an Alamance County and Randolph County native, she is committed to serving the areas that are better know as her "roots".  Helping you achieve your goals is her top priority. 

Jaime specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cupping + Relaxation. She focuses on the body as a whole and tailors each session to meet the immediate need of the client.
